Return Deliveries

As a traders mailing agency, we are expected to at some point carry the item being delivered back to the sender or senders. With these as a possibility, deliveries to be refunded are expected to be carried by us back to these individuals without the buyer paying any fee for the sent item(s). Obviously we cannot accept any item to be refunded unless the are of for us, the sender and receiver.  

Accepted Reasons of Redirection of Package

1. Unexpected Package.
2. Invalid or Not what was purchased.
3. Purchased new Item but it was tampered before mailing.
4. Stated Special Requirements were not met by seller.
5. Order was cancelled and refund by seller was made.
6. Item was tested and didn’t work as expected.
